At first i was amused with the OCCUPY movement. Initially it was pure protest which is fine until people like labor unions wanted some of the press too. People need to face the truth that government and society owes them nothing. How about starting your own business? I could make more money selling hotdogs at a weekend sporting event then i make doing my weekly 40. It’s all about desire and choice.

The best piece of financial advice is if you don’t have the cash then fucking do without. Though our society is debt based *just look at all that credit card debt* marked as financial prosperity. This Christmas season broke many sales records but  how much was paid with cash and how much was charged up on credit cards. Most on credit cards. Debt is not financial success plain and simple. Pay them off now and cut em up. Live within your means.

There has been alot of violence locally and nationally. I’m not a big believer in religion but i hope God makes these fuckers who murder children suffer into eternity. They deserve no justice, just a bullet in the head so they go immediately to our maker. I truly hope this guy that killed this child in Fort Wayne who was a friend to her family burns in hell. He will be sent to prison for life and the prison justice system will bring about a torturous death for him.

One of the greatest things of 2011 was our withdrawal from Iraq. Now we need to get the fuck out of Afghanistan. We had no reason to send the military to either places. Al Qaeda and Osama bin Laden could of been taken care of with small group special ops. That is who terminated Bin Laden. Spec ops. Yes i support government assassination of any person who thinks killing innocents is ok.

With all the shit in this world my life is and has been amazing. I’ve got to see TV go from Black and White to color. I’ve got to see technology from the TV show the Jetson’s become reality. Who would of thought my front yard would be pretty much a wind farm providing responsible energy to our nation.  I look forward to turning 50 in 2012 and experiencing the future one day at a time. I love my family and they love me as much.

Life is greatest with the realization that nobody owes us a damn thing and that everything is essentially a gift. Our only limits are those that we set for ourselves. Be selfless. Do for others without asking anything in return.  That alone brings priceless rewards. Lets fucking rock 2012 with a vengeance.

Things I’m not thankful for. Americans that think its ok to burn the Flag, Americans that think that America is solely meant for the caucasian race or any race for that matter..Being too ignorant to understand that we are all in fact immigrants to our beloved country.

People who do not understand and disrespect  the sacrifice from Soldiers of every color, religious denomination that died on the battle field so that they are allowed to be ignorant in there daily ways.

People that don’t respect my military brethren who swore to lay down there life for our country had no color. They signed up to fight and die for if need be to protect what we all take for granted.  Freedom to do and say how we feel without persecution. Freedom to practice whatever religion we choose to.

I’m Thankful to have been allowed to serve beside people from all over the world. Freedom isn’t Free.

I’m thankful every day I wake that I have a chance to make a difference. I am allowed to love those who mean the most to me. My family , friends and all those that make up this wonderful thing we call life.

I’m thankful to be an American with the freedom to see the world and experience the people, foods and cultures of every nation I get to visit..

I’m thankful for a roof over my head and never going hungry.

I’m thankful that I’m healthy and can do what I pretty much could do at 20 years of age.

I’m thankful that I don’t have to go Black Friday shopping with a bunch of crazed minded women tomorrow lol. (had to toss that in)

I don’t believe that judges are the best choice when it comes to deciding what’s best for a child. I have a friend who is recently going through a divorce and child custody battle.

Lets establish some facts about this case. First it was the wife who decided after the birth of there child to seek greener pastures with another co-worker before hand.

The husband in this case offered to seek marital counseling for the sake of the child but the mother of this child wanted no part. So in fact she made no effort to do what’s best for her child.

Her decision to break up the family will scar this child for the rest of his life. The husband in this battle is a honest, good , hardworking man who puts his child first before himself.

His ex-wife put her desires first before the child. She had no reason to seek divorce. She just wanted out.

So you have a father willing to do whatever it takes in the best interest of the child all the while the judge pretty much gives it all to the straying mother who in fact is the least mature of the two.

The sad fact is in most every custody case the COURT favors the mother no matter what she has done. In this particular case the judge decision was poorly made and he in fact failed to do what we pay him to do.

The right decision although the wife brought about the divorce and child custody battle would have been to give the husband everything but at bare minimum everything of material value should have been split 50/50 with shared parenting.

I hope his next step is appellate court.

Have you ever went to the store and looked at where the item you are looking for is made? If it has anything to do with apparel or shoes you have about a 99% chance of finding Made in China on the label.

I went into a local Marsh and was looking at Wild Caught Salmon on the packaging. On the back Product of China. First of all Salmon are not native to China outside of fish farms. They surely aren’t wild. Again I ask why we are buying ANY of our food from any country but our own?

Anymore I check the label on everything and I even found a pair of American made Merino Wool socks at Wal-mart (amazing).

I for one go out of my way to buy anything Made in China. I’d rather buy it from Pakistan, Vietnam, Haiti or even South America if it’s pick and choose. Buying anything made in China hurts America. If we don’t buy goods that stores sell made in China that kills there bottom like. Businesses understand when you speak with your wallet.

With that being said check every item or label that you buy and it’s origin and if at all possible you can avoid ANYTHING with a Made in or Product of China please put it back on the shelf and buy elsewhere. Maybe someday they will build a Made in the USA only retail store.

But that won’t happen as long as we Americans to buy cheaply made imported products from overseas. Just sayin!!!

People like  Representative John A. Boehner (R – OH) are most certainly a waste of my tax paying dollars. You have to ask what makes him even qualified to make decisions that affect this nation. Instead of asking our residents what they want, they ask the rich what they want.

He needs to understand that we as a nation are in fact willing to pay more taxes or find a better way to pay taxes to have a balanced budget. The problem here is most politicians don’t give a rats ass about US. If they did we wouldn’t have a trade deficit. We wouldn’t be selling our freaking assets to a Communist nation named China.

They balk at the constitution yet our forefathers would be rolling in there graves if they saw how we were as a nation now. President Obama has the right ideas but can’t accomplish much thanks to John Boehner and his cronies. The Republicans are reaching for a power grab that isn’t there and our nation is suffering because of it.

What control if any they did have will be wiped off the face of the earth come the next election. That party alone failed our nation. They don’t have the ability to adapt to situations like most Americans do. They don’t know what it means to do what it takes to get the job done.

Our government works when people actually govern instead of play the political game that’s been played in Washington for years. None of them are economical masterminds with any reason towards cause and effect.

Several constitutional amendments need to be passed and here is a list.

1.) Our budget must at all cost be balanced.

2.) Our social programs that our citizen’s have paid for ie Social Security Medicare debt must be paid off and not be touched by our federal government.

3.) A amendment that states that ONLY through an act of war against us or our allies will we provide military assistance and that nation will pay half the costs during our time of help.

4.) An amendment that states our debt ceiling can never be increased  EVER again.

Ultimately we need to get rid of all these senior citizen lifetime politicians in Washington. We need to limit their terms to a max of 8 years period just like the President. Give them 8 years to make a difference then go back to the real world that we live in.

If I was in Washington and had the power to hire and fire I would call every member of the House and Senate into my office. I would ask then what have you done for my nation and what more can you offer it. I would then review their performance and most likely fire most of them because they really haven’t been doing what we ask them to do and that’s to make our nation the greatest around the world in every facet.

I was born in 1962. I remember JFK being assasinated. I remember family, I remember family values and traditions. I remember a community where everybody knew everybody.I remember when nobody locked the doors on their cars or houses. I remember when people loaned sugar and spices to help there fellow neighbor out. I remember when kids played with kids and spent most of there time outdoors.

I remember when obesity in adults and kids was virtually non existent. Looking back at how simple life was to how complicated it has seemed to become in nearly 50 years of life and I ponder why.

Growing up we as kids played outside year round. We didn’t have game consoles or computers or trash filled TV and movies that glorify guns, human massacre and the likes. One of the biggest things we as kids looked forward in our early to early teen years was watching things like Mutual of Omaha Wild Kingdom, ABC Wild World of Sports and even the Disney Sunday night movie. Other then that I really don’t remember spending much time behind a television screen.

We rode our bikes for miles, played like Grizzly Adams across the ditch in the brush building shelters, rafts for when it rain and creating are own BMX motocross bike track of which BMX bikes were not even created. Boy I sure tore up a bunch of Huffies, Schwins jumping ramps and hills and wrecking.

We had to create our own entertainment, our own visual and mental stimulation to keep us having fun. We had a real circle of friend vs the huge world of virtual friends created by online activities. Holidays and traditions with families were always cherished and never missed. All that seems to be pretty much gone now for one reason or another.

We’ve now become a society of over loaded, blame it on everybody else for our own short comings society. We spend way to much time behind a TV or computer screen doing things that in fact overload our minds, body and souls. We live in a overly violent society compared to back when I was a kid. There are many reasons easy to identify but it would take me 50 pages to list them all.  Some of the top are responsibility and accountability of which are pretty much non-existent in every way and fashion.

We have parents that had kids knowing ahead that they would be fed by the welfare system not thinking twice about the total impact it has on them as well as us taxpayers. Nothing is free not even welfare. Drugs are no worse then they were when I was in high school. Some used socially and others didn’t. The crime rate was lower back then at least.

News used to be informing and educational and it was reported for what it was and nothing more. It was not made into a glorified propaganda machine that it is today to the point of being political party influenced. You know Fox The conservative news network? We now have gays openly serving in the military and a chance that anybody that breaks our sovereign borders becoming a legal citizen.

We have a society that thinks more guns is the solution to gun crimes. I call them constitution exploiters. Not willing to give an inch to doing the right thing. One thing that never evolved like everything else is the United States of America constitution. Everything in life evolves and adapts to its time and place in the world. As a society we cant reverse its direction only plan to make what we do have better in the future.

The few that supposedly represent us in local, state and federal government need to get back to doing that. Professional lobbying needs to be outlawed. Corporations should have no influence at all on our nations policies of how or where we do business. If I was President the cost to US companies doing business outside of our borders would via tariffs cost them 3 times as much as producing in America.

We definitely would not be doing business as normal with communist nations. It does amazed me that so many money hungry don’t have a clue what life’s like beyond possessions. What does a man or woman look forward to if they have everything. It’s nice to want our of reach things or even dream of them.

Now is a time to hold society and people responsible for their actions. You know the saying “ The pen is mightier then the sword” It reigns true now and forever shall. Stand up for what you believe in and don’t compromise. We all believe in life, love , liberty and the pursuit of happiness. We all control our own destiny and our only limits are self imposed.

Its really not necessary to turn the clock back but its important to never forget where we came from and to choose what direction we want to go.

In the constitution of the United State’s of America we have the RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS.  We have to ask ourselves about how we should be allowed to exercise that right. Owning a gun doesn’t make you safer against gun violence in fact it makes it more likely that you will be involved in gun violence yourself.

The penalties for gun crimes need to be stiffened. Not everybody should be able to own/possess a gun in America.  Life imprisonment doesn’t deter any more then the death penalty. Most of those that commit gun crimes don’t value human life themselves. They are animals that should be put among animals. They don’t deserve humane treatment once they’ve taken a life or lives.

They should all suffer miserable lengthy deaths for their actions and not an easy way out like our civilized prison system presents. No guns equals no gun crimes but not No crimes. I think all concealable firearms should be banned and “automatic felony convictions” be given to anybody caught illegally in possession of handguns.

Law enforcement, military and a very few federally licensed handgun owners should be allowed. I don’t  want my neighbor or friends packing heat with them. For one there is no reason and for seconds an accident just waiting to happen. The pro-gun movement wants no restrictions and the gun control lobby wants total control.

Some things that need to be done. All guns in anybody’s possession need to be registered. It should be a crime to possess and unregistered firearm. Handguns need to be outlawed entirely, They serve no purpose that a long gun cant handle. You don’t go hunting with pistols.  Pistols were designed for one purpose and that purpose is to kill people.

The argument that you can’t take the guns away from criminals is horseshit. Though obtained many times illegally they were once legally obtained weapons. There is just no way to track them because of lacking gun laws. Long guns though possible to be concealed are difficult to hide. Trench coats went out in the 70’s. This means people can see potential danger and that’s something they cant do with concealed weapons. Will this prevent all gun violence no. Will making hand guns illegal save lives? Yes it will.

Will making it difficult to get a gun without meeting certain protocols save lives? Yes it will. We can simply not do nothing like the NRA would like.  We need to increase gun security in every aspect. If you’ve ever been to a place like the Philippines, every place you go has armed guards and metal detectors and I mean every place from the grocery store to shopping malls.

It’s sad but I think its something the United States needs to consider. This punk that just shot up Representative Gabrielle Giffords needs to be taken out and shot although this is to civilized for his actions. He needs to live the rest of his life in prison becoming some big thugs girlfriend forever. The solution to fight gun crime with more guns in citizens hands is not the solution. Japan doesn’t have gun crimes because, owning is pretty much non existent.. My first recommendation is to increase gun security in public places. and outlaw handguns entirely. These two options will save many lives.

With the overturn of  “ Don’t ask, Don’t Tell” , Obama can pretty much kiss his hopes of any chance of re-election goodbye. Homosexuals otherwise left unharmed will be in danger and innocent lives will be lost because of it.

Being ex-military,  I can’t fathom open homosexuality being allowed for heavens sake. You can’t even date an Officer if you’re a Non-commissioned Officer without serious repercussions and now your going to allow just j gay people serve openly but be allowed to exist openly in a social atmosphere?

Will this mean gay consensual sex will be allowed in dorms, or two guys kissing in clubs on base, hand holding, ass grabbing in public off duty? Heaven fucking help us if this behavior is not just allowed but considered acceptable. Now the rant motor is turned FULL ON.

We can thank California by putting the foot forward on the unacceptable becoming acceptable with gay rights. Homosexuality is not normal be it science or religious based. Loving somebody of the same sex is not abnormal. Wanting to have the same relationship as a hetero relationship is NOT.

People need to understand that the military and its soldiers are held to an extremely high standard of behavior and conduct. You may not know it but  all servicemen and women are under the UCMJ. Uniform Code of Military Justice. Yes two sets of laws and the UCMJ is much more strict then civilian law is.

With all that being said. I didn’t say I wouldn’t love you if you’re a homosexual. Love is in itself not gender based. I will say if you ask me to go against my core being and beliefs you will be at a loss. Are homosexual servicemen and women in the performance of there duty honorable? Hell yes they are.

The problem is that homosexual behavior offends the majority of the world. If it offends the public sector then imagine how bad it will impact elite organizations namely the United States military. The next nail in Obama’s presidential election hopes coffin will be if that fucking dream act passes giving criminals/lawbreakers citizenship without abiding by our already in place immigration laws.

With all this being stated the military has a way of policing its own. Just because Obama signed into law the do away with don’t ask, don’t tell, don’t think the military ranks will not easily weed out all those that openly express there homosexual desires. It won’t be harassment or discrimination it will be performance or behavioral.

BTW I support President Obama but even those I like fuck up and he surely did by signing this bill.
